Description

With 5 generations currently in the workforce, it is important for employers to understand what each group wants, needs and expects. It can be challenging to know exactly how to encourage cohesive, productive, cross-generational teams and recruit and retain the talent your organization needs. In this session you will: 

  • Identify the 5 generations currently in the workforce
  • Obtain a basic understanding of each generation
  • Understand what each group is seeking in the workplace
  • Determine key practices for improving intergenerational trust, productivity and communication
