This immersive program is tailored for executives, managers, changemakers and organization leaders who are passionate about cultivating environments that embrace diverse perspectives and empower individuals to achieve their full potential.

This commitment comes with an investment of $2,000 for LRCC members and $3,000 for future LRCC members.
