Join Capital Area Housing Partnership's HUD Certified housing counselors and local experts for a series of engaging, informative workshops! Whether you're working toward homeownership, managing your finances, or maintaining your home, there classes are designed to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build lasting stability. Many sessions are fee and open to all.
Homebuyer education is your first step to achieving homeownership in this class, you will team up with housing counselors to help navigate the homebuying process. By providing you with a step by step guide and a certificate required to qualify for down payment assistance programs.
