Learning Constantly
Her Health. Her Hormones. Her Power.
This professional growth session explores the science of women’s health through the lens of hormones—the often overlooked foundation of energy, focus, mood, and long-term well-being.
From the building years of your 20s and 30s to the shifting transitions of your 40s, 50s, and beyond, hormonal health plays a critical role in how you show up in your work, your relationships, and your life. Yet for many women, it’s rarely talked about—or fully understood.
In this session, we’ll break down what’s actually happening in the body at each stage, how it impacts performance and daily life, and what options exist—from lifestyle strategies to medically guided hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Whether you’re feeling great and want to stay that way, starting to notice subtle changes, or actively looking for answers, this conversation is designed to meet you where you are—and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
