When was the last time you reviewed your employee handbook from an equity lens? Who is involved in the writing and implementation of your organization's policies? Do your employees understand their rights and accountability measures? What are the outcomes of your current processes? 

As our global society continues to become increasingly multicultural, these are the questions we must ask ourselves if we are striving to cultivate an inclusive environment for our employees and clients. As we move through this ever-changing societal landscape, it's important to assure that our policies, procedures and processes are clear and timely. During the February DEI Series, 3 Kind Perspectives LLC, will engage in conversations about policy writing and implementation through centering of global inclusion and equity.
